Yummy chewy chocolate chip cookies! Ingredients:3/4 cup butter or margarine 175ml1 cup packed light brown sugar 250ml1/2 cup granulated sugar 125ml2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla 5ml2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 550ml1 teaspoon baking soda 5ml 1 teaspoon salt 5ml1 package (270 g) Milk Chocolate Chips Steps: 1- Heat oven to 375ºF. 2- In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars until fluffy.  Beat in eggs and vanilla until creamy. 3- In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Artichoke Dip!!!

Have you ever eaten an artichoke dip? Here’s my recipe: ARTICHOKE DIP Ingredients: 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened 1 can (14 fl oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped 2 Tbsp. butter, melted 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Steps: SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate. COMBINE artichokes, butter and garlic; spoon evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. MICROWAVE on HIGH 3 min. or until heated through. SERVE with crackers… or Tostitos Scoops. Please note that this dip is highly addictive!Enjoy! : )
