Have you ever eaten an artichoke dip?
Here’s my recipe:
ARTICHOKE DIP
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14 fl oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Steps:
SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.
COMBINE artichokes, butter and garlic; spoon evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 3 min. or until heated through.

SERVE with crackers… or Tostitos Scoops.
Please note that this dip is highly addictive!

I've never made dip with cream cheese, but I've used mayonnaise. Cream cheese sounds like it would be ever tastier, I look forward to trying it!
Yummo! I love artichoke dip but the Mayo is always so heavy. Cream cheese sounds like just the ticket!
