I wear nail polish off and on all year, however when it’s summer time I give my nails extra attention! There’s just something about summer that makes me want to wear nail polish everyday. Little summer dresses, flip-flops, cute shorts, fun tops, warm weather… they all make me want to give my nails some love.

Trendy Summer Colors for your nails
When I think of summer, I think of the roses in my Dad’s rose garden. I love their colors and the fragrance is just oh so wonderful! I took a couple of photos of some of my favorite roses and matched their colors to nail polishes from Trind (gosh was it fun!).

Do these photos make you want to paint your nails? They sure make me want to! haha If I wanted to match the rose stems, I could have also put Trind’s green nail polish called Appletini CC198, which is a very fun shade of green.
Nail Care for your nails
I’ve been using Trind’s Keratin Treatment Kit and nail polish over the last couple of weeks. I’ve noticed a change in my nails, a great change in fact. My nails use to frequently split or chip, but not since I’ve been using the Keratin Nail Restorer and Keratin Nail Protector. Plus my nails are super strong now! Really love it! What’s really neat about the treatment is that it only takes a couple of minutes to apply. First apply the Keratin Nail Restorer on your nails and let it soak for two minutes. You’ll notice that it smells divine! After the two minutes are up, rub the excess product on your nails and surrounding skin. Next apply the Keratin Nail Protector. Once it’s completely dry (which doesn’t take long at all), you can apply nail polish. You’ll have to remove the products from your nails before applying the following day, Trind’s Acetone Free Extra Mild Nailpolish Remover will remove quick and easy! For best results, it’s recommended that you use the treatment every day for 4 weeks.

Every time I have put on nail polish of any sort, my fingertips get blazing hot and turn bright red. It makes me so crazy I can’t get the polish off fast enough. But the Keratin Treatment might do my nails some good.
