Fibre your heart with Fibre 1 Almond & Cluster Delight #Fibre1ACD

Fibre is good for your heart. Studies suggest that high intake of dietary fibre reduces the risk of heart disease. They also recommend that you consume (at the very least) 20 grams of fibre a day, but it’s better to consume more.
