Creepy Crawly Bedroom with Spiders and Bats
Transform your bedroom into a Creepy Crawly Bedroom with Halloween supplies from Martha Stewart Crafts.

As I mentioned yesterday, I received a box of Halloween supplies through the 12 Months of Martha program. I couldn’t wait to use them to decorate my home.
When I saw the Dimensional Spider Silhouettes, I knew right away that they would look great with the Dimensional Bat Silhouettes I bought last year.
I took out all the decorations and started decorating with my family.
However, instead of decorating my living room and kitchen, like I usually do, I decided to decorate my bedroom. Figured it would be fun to have a spooky bedroom with crawling spiders and flying bats.

How to decorate a bedroom for Halloween
We started off by placing a hook in one of the corners of our bedroom. (We used a hook that sticks to the wall.)
Then we hooked a sheer canopy onto the hook.
We used two-sided tape to attach certain parts of the sheer onto the walls.

We took down the frames from the wall and replaced the photos with Halloween scrapbook paper from Martha Stewart Crafts Animal Masquerade Designer Pad. We used a paper trimmer to trim the paper to the correct size.
Inside one of the frames I placed a masquerade mask that’s included inside the Animal Masquerade Invitation Kit.

We placed the Halloween frames back onto the walls and decorated the shelves with Halloween decorations.
Sébastien also put orange lights inside a cage I had and he decorated it with the Carnival Pom-Pom Spider Stickers.
Gabrielle and Emanuelle had lots of fun sticking the paper bats and the paper spiders onto the walls and the sheer.

Here’s our:

What do you think of my bedroom?
It looks sooooo cool at night with just the orange lights on! I can’t wait to start decorating the rest of my house!
