Delicious Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

We LOVE Chocolate Chip Cookies! I don’t make them too often because we could eat them non-stop until we don’t have any left. I use to always make them with semi-sweet chocolate, until I realize how much we loved them with milk chocolate. YUM! Have you ever made chocolate chip cookies with milk chocolate? I have a great recipe if you want to try it out!

Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of butter at room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs at room temperature (You can place them in warm water to speed things up.)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (optional) I don’t put any salt.
1 package of Milk Chocolate Chips (270g)

Directions:

1- Preheat your oven at 375°F.

2- In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until the batter is creamy.

3- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt (if you are using some). Slowly add this mixture to the butter mixture by mixing it with a wooden spoon. Stir in the Milk Chocolate Chips.

4- Place parchment paper onto your cookie sheet. Drop teaspoons of your cookie batter onto your cookie sheet. (I like to use two small spoons. I scoop the batter with one spoon and use the other spoon to push the batter off the spoon onto the cookie sheet.)

5- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let the cookies cool slightly, remove them from the cookie sheet, and place them on a wire rack. Cool completely.

Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

Don’t they look delicious? Well, they are! hehe

I usually try to have chocolate chip cookies on hand during Survivor night. The girls and I like curling up together and enjoy milk and cookies while watching Survivor. Love those nights!
